WEAR MASK AT ALL TIMES Once you enter a playing field, do not remove your mask. No exceptions. MARKER HOLSTER When not in use and when outside of a playing field, all Glocks should be holstered. No exceptions. If you are within a playing field, do not draw, until everyone has a mask on. No exceptions. BLIND FIRING PROHIBITED Do not fire if you cannot see what you are firing at. Blind firing can lead to accidentally shooting players who are leaving the field, a referee, or another object you should not shoot. SURRENDERS It is customary to offer a surrender to any opposing player within twenty-five (20) feet. Close range shots are not encouraged. SHOOTS 350 FPS These paintball velocities exceed common velocities (300fps and recreational Play 285 or less) feet per second (FPS). COMMON SENSE Use common sense. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS PROHIBITED
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BY CHECKING THIS BOX.In consideration of participating in the SPORT OF PAINTBALL I represent, that I understand the nature of the Activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participating in the Activity. GlockPaintball.com, as well as any related business entities, hereinafter called Operator, agree to allow Participant to use the designated facilities of Operator for the purpose of conducting and participating in Paintball activities. In Consideration of Operator furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in paintball activities, I agree as follows: I fully understand and acknowledge that; (a) risks and dangers exist in my use of Paintball equipment and my participation in Paintball activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, COVID 19 VIRUS, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (c) these risks and dangers, may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers, or agents of the Operator; the negligence of the participants (named below), the negligence of others, accident, breaches of contract, the forces of nature of other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes: and (d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and /or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, employees of Operator, or by any other person. I, on behalf of myself, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and covenant not to sue GlockPaintball.com, it’s owners, agents, officers, and employees from otherwise which may arise out of my use of Paintball equipment or my participation in Paintball activities, I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Operator. I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Operator. I have read this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement and assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
